Cheap Chinese mall food is always a beautiful thing. Parking is available inside that mess of a Crystal Mall parking lot. The lady was quite snappy, and driven. Guess she has to pull in customers who would otherwise eat at adjacent booths. There are lunch combos available, but I wasn’t sure how long the food had been sitting there, as there weren’t too many customers at all at this booth. The #8 hot and sour noodles($ 7) was served in a paper bowl, not a plate as shown in the pic. Makes sense though, as there was quite a bit of «soup». The entire thing was covered with a layer of chili oil, with a generous sprinkling of roasted peanuts on top. Oh yes. This dish was surprisingly good, though it was quite messy to eat. Don’t wear anything nice when trying to tackle the chili oil. I will definitely be back to try more of the noodle dishes.
