Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. I’ve walked into this store a couple of times and have always received the same consistent and excellent service. I purchased a bike and they were very patient and very knowledgeable with the different bikes I wanted to try out. I will definitely shop with them again.

I came here to try and get some pricing on snow pants for a UYE that happened that week, however, stood around and waited for a good 10 minutes before anyone even noticed me. The guy beside me had the some frustrations. I did check out some pants, however, needed some assistance. Since I wasn’t getting any and needed to move on I left with no help. Understaffed?

Never been a big fan. $$$$ Went in there to get a part from an authorized Burton service center — low and behold they didn’t have it cuz it’s old. No offer to order it because they’ve been wiped from the face of the earth apparently. NEXT!

We visited this location on Saturday to by ourselves new helmets. The store is pretty conveniently located and we were offered service frequently. I could consider shopping here again.

The store has a lot of snowboarding and skiing equipment and outdoor gear.
Right now though, the shop is like a post Olympics warehouse sale with shirts, hats, jackets and all the key chains and bobbles, all at least half off the regular rip-​off price !
–but wait, there’s more!
I know you’re all just dying for more of those Quatchi creatures, so here’s your chance to get a deal on them until May 15th. or they run out, then it becomes «collectible» ;-)
(Can you imagine how much of this crap must have been manufactured for the Olympics?) !
You can’t miss the big banner out front. It’s on Hastings right at Boundary rd. and there’s a parking lot.
