Place is OK with good people working there but the secretary and admin staff are the rudest people in the office They are rude, condescending and down right unhelpful when it comes to helping you out. They talk down to you and treat you like a person that does not know anything If I owned that place I would fire the whole staff on the front desk. I would never go back based on how rude and unhelpful the front staff is

These are the best physiotherapists in Burnaby. Highly recommended.

I was treated by Michelle when I had ankle injury and she treated me well. She was patient for any questions I had and assisting me in any claim forms need to be filled in for my travel insurance. I would give her 5 stars for that. However, I need a diagnosis copy from the hospital and Michelle doesn’t mind ATALL to give it to me.(she said it directly to the receptionist). Now the problem begins when one of the receptionist(blonde old lady) gave me the attitude and tell me…“this is the only time I can give it to you, there is no next time…”. That’s exactly what she said to me. I dont want to start a drama there so I held myself back over my temper but at that time I said to myself that I will never go back there again. I feel pity at the owner as well for just losing a customer.(and there’s always a big possibility for losing more if bad attitude always given to customers) I would give 5 stars for this clinic, but unfortunately, it is a business, and everyone there works as a team, so I’m giving 3 instead. Physiotherapists there are great but flawed by their support staffs. Something that the clinic need to put their attention on to. One more thing that I realize is that they don’t have email address on their website where you can give your feedback or complaints. That’s why I am writing here instead…

Please know this rating is for my Physio — Steve! NOT for one particular member of the reception. Steve is very intuitive and takes the time to listen and really help you with your physical ailment. He has helped me a lot over the years, and I know others as well(if he has sports injury clients who are really upset at their impending retirement because of the injury, he really listens and consoles!) One member of the reception staff, however, pisses me off every time I go in the office! She gives me serious attitude and seems to be talking to friends on the phone most times I go in. I even heard her put a patient on hold once to talk to one of her friends, forcing the other lady to pick up the call(she didn’t even bother to ask her to do so, just left the patient hanging). She talks loudly to me about sensitive issues when others are in the waiting area and seems to have no clue about confidentiality or customer service. I’m sick and tired of getting attitude from receptionists. If you’re not happy with your position, quit, go back to school for something different so your attitude problem isn’t sprawled on to decent, paying customer!
