The ladies here are the absolute sweetest! They always greet everyone with a smile, I always feel so welcome! From what I have noticed, they have a lot of repeat customers which is no surprise to me.
The food is very good– always fresh and can be customized to your taste! They have specials each day and everything I have tasted has been delicious! The prices are also reasonable. My only complaint is the layout of the store– it is very small and the lineup can be a bit confusing.

I have been coming here for a few years now. Let me say that the food and service has dramatically improved when they got a new owner, which I believe was not that long ago. It is a great healthy option in the metrotown mall and there is definitely tlc here. The burritos are great and so are their soups.

Fit for Life is still a huge staple in my life, but it’s not what it used to be.
Last time I ordered food, they were a little cheap on my portions. The stamp card is on a monthly basis so it expires at the end of every month now. It also doesn’t allow you $ 10 free food when you collect enough stamps, it’s less now.
So really, the food is still fresh and tasty, but I have to re-​evaluate my visits now.
