Knock on Wood

Knock on Wood is one of the best furniture stores in Vancouver. We love the fact that it’s local mom-&-pop store. I dont understand why people are so quick to post poor reviews but they wont say anything good about the service and quality. None the less we loved it and will recommend this store to all family and friends in the market for furniture.

This place is the reason Unilocal should have zero stars as an option, my god. I went here with my family a couple years back and I’ve never been treated so badly at a store in my life. We were casually browsing around, dressed casually, talking casually, spotting the few things in our price range. Then, we notice two guys muttering to each other at the front, we don’t think much of it, we continue browsing. Suddenly one of them sneers, «If you buy anything over $ 1000 you get a free steak and lobster dinner.» We were so embarrassed and insulted we could barely speak. I still get a lump in my throat just thinking about it. I will never step foot in there ever again, I don’t think anyone with self respect should.
