Though convenient area, it is a terrible establishment with highly unethical practices. Despite probably being a family-​run business most likely, the general practice is to rip customers off with inconsistent prices.
Shady charging of services and prices make this a most likely first and last visit. Prices as advertised might as well be covered up as they are NOT the real prices.
Find a better place to dry clean your clothes.
