Matrix Electrolysis

This is the first time I’ve written a review and it’s only because I absolutely felt that Anna, the electrologist, deserved one. She sat me down and asked me questions about what I have tried in the past and what I am hoping to achieve. She also explained the procedure and was very comforting and professional throughout the experience.
I’ve tried everything to remove my excess coarse hair in the past. Waxing, threading, laser. It would grow back within 2 days. Nothing has seemed to work until now. I used a groupon for the first two 30 min sessions and then had two more 30 min sessions. I started seeing results after the 3^rd one and it was a wonderful experience to finally have hair free zones on my face.
Anna truly cares about her clients and has often done longer sessions due to the nature of my hair without ever charging me anything extra. She’s humble, kind, and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely coming back and recommending her to anyone else looking to permanently remove excess hair.
