Worst customer service. I asked for more lettuce in my beef pita and the mom or the owner’s wife says«the pita can’t fit any more lettuce» and then she sprinkles a couple more pieces. The $ 7 pita was already skinny with a 4 pces of beef slices only(the donairs i’m used too are filled to the max). I won’t be ever going back because of poor customer service and the food is just mediocre. Also their chicken kabobs do not look fresh compared to Jimmy the Greek(fresh and big chunks of chicken breast) just across from them.

Fantastic food! Awhile back they used to load the rice and potatoes on. I guess things has gotten expensive for them so they started using smaller potatoes. None the less, the food is still good and definitely filling. My one go to place to eat at Brentwood when I’m starving!

Great food court food. My usual pick it when I am in Brentwood. Calamari is the best, almost the best I have ever had out of all Greek places I have been too(and I have been to quite a few). Yummy! The donair in a pita is good too. The staff is hit or miss, the older man, older woman, and one of the younger women provide great service. The young man and woman who doesn’t talk(I have been served by her too!) provide poor service and I would not want to go back if that was my first time. They make it seem like you are an inconvenience for ordering. Good place though and I will keep going back.

It’s unfortunate because I used to eat here at least once a week and the food was much better. I’m not saying it’s bad now, but I remember the good old times. The food is still tasty and I still order my chicken shawarma that comes with rice, salad and potatoes, but I used to actually crave the food here. I’d still hit this place up once every 2 months or so.

I’m reviewing this place mainly from the«FALAFEL point of view» since it’s the only reason I picked this place from the other handful choices in Brentwood Mall food court. I tried the falafel wrap twice, and as much the falafel is concern, it’s a fresh falafel fried on the spot(not microwaved as most of other places) so it’s has 1) the crunchy/moist magic and 2) the hot/cold surprise. Taste wise, it’s a bit mild so, the flavor does not kick in with the salad and the sesame sauce and Hummus in the wrap. So the wrap somewhat passed two out of three«best falafel criteria». So if you don’t care much of the spicy taste of the falafel in the wrap, Pita King is an okay place for a falafel(vegetarian) fix! P. s. They got a great yellow rice that get served with BBQs(the checkin was a bit oily)
