Not what I would call either a bakery or French. It’s a Korean place that sells cakes and some kind of soft baked goods. If you are looking for French Croissants or Baguette this is not your place. Also terribly hard to find. Go south on North road and make a right at the big Korean North Road Center.

I have a soft spot for this patisserie. It’s not just cause the main cashier lady recognizes me all the time and greets me with a smile. It’s not just cause I always wanna buy their coffee bun everytime I come over. It’s not just cause it’s one of the few places near my workplace where I can get a cheap lunch between my work hours. It’s not just cause they have an excellent collection of unique teas — like cranberry and apple, lemon and mango, mediterranean, and more. En fait, c’est pour tous de ces raisons que j’y vais. And if it ain’t fresh(made the day of), they keep it aside and reduce the price.

Don’t be fooled by its name. It’s just another Asian bakery. This place used to be ok but it seems to be going downhill with the current owner. The bread gets stale very quick and makes me wonder if it is really fresh?

I passed by here a couple times and finally gave into my curiosity to try it today. Not really a Parisian bakery however, it boosts asian, and european pastries. The cool thing about this bakery is that you can eat in with coffee at little tables, or take your delicious pastries to go! It’s really cozy and tastes really good. However, what makes this place 5 star material is not the pastries which are probably 4⁄5 for me. It’s the customer service. I brought my purchase to the till then the cashier ran off telling me it would be two seconds. «Here let me switch these. This one was just baked so it’s fresher than that one you were going to buy» … Have you ever purchased something to have some go grab you the better one? I really haven’t in any recent memory. Super friendly staff with delicious pastries. I’m sold. You’ve got yourself a repeat customer. I shall probably come here sometime to draw, and eat your pastries. You’ve been warned.

I woke up one morning and when thinking about my need for a morning coffee, it hit me, I needed a croissant. Or some sort of delcious morning pastry to start my day off right. I spotted this place a while ago and thought I would try it out. Due to the name I assumed french pastries… when I walked in I thought I made a bad assumption as it was asian pastries like the ones in T&T Supermarket, but more elaborate and mouth watering. I settled on a bun filled with peanut butter cream cheese(FYI — Yum!) and another cream type and fruit filled pastry. I was also delighted to find out that they serve up organic coffee. The prices were all really reasonable and after drinking my organic coffee and eating my tasty pastries i thought that this place is an exceptional way to start one’s day… or end one… or just to have a snack with a friend anytime really.
