Do not ever, EVER use this company. I was royally screwed today for moving but luckily I was able to get some help from someone else. I waited over an hour for these guys and heard nothing from them I am beyond pissed of what they did and I would not want this to happen to someone else.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give this awful establishment — stars then I would! I hired these monsters to move me and they said they would show up at 9AM and at 9:45AM no one was there! I called them and texted them multiple times with no response! Eventually I had to hire another moving company at the last minute who couldn’t come until 2:45PM and I had to be in my new building before 4PM so it was very stressful and expensive! When I was calling around looking for another moving company they all laughed when I said it was RIF Moving that didn’t show up because apparently they do this ALL the time! This company didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up with me and apologize for not showing up they just left me hanging! I made a Unilocal account just to write this review because I found them on Unilocal and booked them because they had 5 stars! My move ended up costing me twice as much because it was a last minute booking and the company I found knew I was in a pickle. SHAME ON YOU RIF MOVING!

Magdi at Rif Movers was the most friendly, professional & organized mover I’ve ever had! He had us an hour ahead of schedule for a large charity event & went above and beyond in every possible way to make it as amazing as possible! So thankful! Our event was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without Rif Moving! THANK YOU! Highly recommend!
