Starbucks

Like most starbucks, they tend to serve drinks and food that contain scary ingredients that I would not like to have such as their pumpkin-​spiced lattes and their weird carcinogens… However, to be honest, it is a great place if you want to meet up with friends or to do your homework because it is fairly quiet compared to the crowded places like at Metrotown.

You wont see a messy table in this Starbucks location. Either the staff are quick to bus the tables or patrons are just polite and will bus their own table. How difficult can it be? I used to be a regular here until I was relocated in Vancouver. Only come here once a week. Staff are friendly. One them used to remember that I always order the Grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I changed my drink now to Grande Americano with room (for cream of course). I find that this is less fattening than the latte. Overall not a bad location for fulfilling your java addiction.

Relatively fast service (which is great compared to some other Starbucks). Lots of caramel drizzle at this location (holler). When I order a caramel macchiato or a caramel frapp they load it up for me big time.

Decided to pop over on a break from work at 8pm after looking up their hours which said they closed at 9pm. Got there and doors were locked and lights dimmed with two employees who were inside but refused to acknowledge I was outside confused wondering why they were closed. As a manager of a small business I know the value of customer service and closing AN HOUR early is absolutely not acceptable. 10 mins if its dead? Sure, but not a whole hour. Very disappointing.

I came in and the garbage bordering starbucks and fat burger. The garbage was all over the ground covering the sidewalk making it hard to walk in. We told the two girls working and their response was it’s not our garbage. We said there are lots of starbucks cups but they were not going to clean it. They said hopefully someone cleans it but it’s the weekend.

Friendly service but a girl working there changed my order and charged me more for a drink. I ordered a coffee frap with caramel drizzle but she told me that she was going to charge me for a caramel frap because they’re basically the same thing. They are definitely not the same thing. I’m pretty sure baristas aren’t supposed to change a customer’s order??? Otherwise good people.

It’s hard to mess up a tea bag and hot water, therefore, all is good, however service was a bit slow but they were happy and cheerful. It was very busy… guess everyone wanted their PSL even though there is no real pumpkin in it :)

Fast friendly service. Staff are always attentive and helpful. Call regulars by name and always remember what I like to order even when I haven’t been in for awhile

Are all Starbucks the same?
This is a newer Starbucks, and while it seems to be a smaller location has lots of seating, from a long couch down one wall, with lots of little tables, and a long high central patio style table.
The store was clean and well organized, and the staff were fast and friendly. It’s quite a noisy store so possibly not the best if you are wanting to have a meeting. They have a notional patio — it’s got a small canopy, more for appearances rather than any real protection form the weather, and only one table.
All in all a nice location, stop by for your next caffein fix!

This is just a regular ol’ Starbucks. You go in knowing what you’ll get and getting exactly what you want. Sadly, the service here is slow and unfriendly. The quality of service at this estalishment does not live up to the high standard set by the Starbucks chain.

This is my hangout place because its practically beside the clinic. When i need a break, I just come by here to hangout, and get my quick coffee fix or snack. I know them by name and they come by the clinic sometimes to serve samples. It’s a great business relationship!
The interior is clean, wood feel, pretty relaxing and for its location a decent amount of seats and not too crowded. Angie is their manager, and I think she is doing a great job.

The new Starbucks in the Brentwood Skytrain district area! I do believe this one is properly owned by HQ.
I love the new interior design of the place. The tables are all made with out wood, and it gives that lovely wood feel of Vancouver to it. I love how this place is decked out everything wood and brown. It really gives me a calming feel. I would stay here and do some studying.
The location is not great though. The parking is not enough, and that the branch is small compared to most HQ Starbucks. The washrooms were clean and tidy. I am happy to see that from a Starbucks all the time.
They mis-​ordered my drink. There was actually foam in my drink, which I dislike A LOT. Maybe if they payed more attention and actually properly made my drink I would have given them a 5 star. Foam is not friendly to me at all. It is not hard to make a non-​foamy drink. After steaming the milk, set it still or either tap to let all the air of the foam leave the cup.
Anyways, overall this place is not bad. Could pay attention to more order next time.

A little piece of sunshine in a cup! This new Starbucks is a great stop in the morning for your favorite bevy.
If you are going West into Vancouver via Lougheed/​Broadway it is just past Willingdon Avenue on Lougheed Hwy on the right hand side of the road.
The store looks great, the staff is friendly and the drinks are always good. This is my new favorite stop in the morning.
