Could’ve sworn I had written one for them already, as it’s near Sephora which I visit too.
Just in terms of selection and store décor, it’s not as spiffy as their Robson location.
It is indeed a lot more brighter, like a clinic.
Always been a fan of their stylish shoes, knowing the quality is good, but not great. I get a season and a half without any rips or sole wearing out at the heel, I’m fine with that.
They do make a lot more leather soles which don’t slide as much as other brands.

The new Steve Madden store at Metrotown is AWESOME. The staff are so sweet & helpful. The wide variety of shoes available amazes me. They are in a weird location though (located underneith the food court) so it doesn’t seem that busy. Oh well, at least the staff are great!
