Joshua was amazing. He helped me by letting me put my virgin mobile sim card into a store phone so that I could retrieve my text messages and voicemail. My phone had died. Then he sold me a universal cellphone mount that works better than anything else I have ever had! The service was amazing. Then I gave him an extra 5 dollars for a cup of coffee and he immediately donated it to their giving hope charity!

purchased a case for my iphone 5 which apparently is also compatible with iphone 5s. when i upgraded to the 5s, the phone rattled in the case. I visited the store to just purcahse another case and was told the one i had should definitely fit, but didn’t have it with me. i was told it may be a faulty case and would be replaced even though i no longer had the receipt. perhaps they said this because they didn’t believe it didn’t fit properly. brought back case, with phone. store manager was also surprised to see it didnt fit properly but would not honor what previous employee said! i have always have excellent customer service at this location until i met CARLOCASTILLO. He even answered his cell phone while serving me. What? i left and purchased a new iphone 5s case elsewhere after buying one here for almost $ 50. I was also told by 2 other different vendors that a case for the iphone 5 should fit the 5s. Zero customer service tonight. have always recommended this location to friends, family and business associates… very disappointed. Garrick who was also working tonight… useless!!! Bottom line. don’t go here if Carlo is serving you!

I have dealt with various wireless places and providers for 15 years and have never had an experience that even came close to the great one I had with Joshua at the Brentwood Mall location. My case was complicated and he went the extra mile and beyond to make me happy. He handled it with confidence, persistence and more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you Joshua!!!

Originally I purchased my phone with a plan back in November 2012. The sales person was nice and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a phone and plan that was best for me. Really good sales technique I’d say. Here’s the ridiculous part. He sold me the extra warranty(Premium Protection Plan) when I purchased my phone based on 2 very distinct lies. He said that if I didn’t use the warranty, I get my money back at the end of the plan(2 years later). I was VERY specific when I asked about getting a cash refund NOT a credit and he insisted that yes, I get a cash refund back. I was also asked very specifically whether I would need to keep the receipt and he clearly said no because I was already in their system. Since my two years is up next month, I decided to double check what I was entitled to on T-Booth’s website and this is what it says: «Provided that no claims are made under the Plan during the warranty period, the purchase price paid for the Plan(as evidenced by the proof of purchase) may be applied as an in-store credit towards any accessory product purchase made within six(6) months of the expiry of the warranty period. The in-store credit may be applied to handset purchases with select carrier networks only. The purchaser is not eligible to receive monetary reimbursement.» What a load of BS. I would definitely have not purchased the added warranty if i knew either of those two things as i know added warranties are usually kind of a scam. I’m super pissed. I still have to go in and face them in person to see what they say to me, but I have no doubts that they will hide behind this. I still have my receipt but I’m more pissed off about the«credit» that i get to use on either«accessories» or «select carrier networks». Horrible business practices. Lies to customers straight out. Do not support such a ridiculous business. So disappointed I wish I could give negative stars.
