Td Bank Financial Group

Everyone here is so cheerful it’s a bit scary. Pleasantly scary… but still scary.
Look, a bank, is a bank, is a bank.
But when you enter this bank, they greet you.
And then they ask how your day has gone.
And then the teller greets you.
And SHE asks how your day is going.
Then you go to leave… and everyone waves goodbye and wishes you a good afternoon.
It’s like a stepford wives bank.
But less evil.
They also have free parking.

One of the best banks in Canada. And 5 years in a row for best service. This is my home branch, literally 5 minutes away from my home.
I will say that this is the biggest branch I have ever seen in Burnaby, with 2 floors of offices, and an underground parking. Monthly I have visited and they have stuff like coffee and tea. Cookies from time to time and chocolates to celebrate awesome stuff like «customer appreciation day» or «Canucks game day». I enjoy stuff like that as the people at TD act and know things like the customers.
Last time I had a trouble that came up and they fixed it within minutes. I was so happy and that there were no other troubles after that. But, for sure, it is my responsibility as well after the fact that something went wrong.
Love this place and this bank. Green is such a great colour too! :D
