The Foam Shop

I’m not completely sold on this location. When we went here there was only one person serving customers. Yes one person dealing with the demands of five customers and the line was growing as we waited. Therefore, you may be in for a wait given that the server has to assess what the customers needs are, look for stock in the warehouse, possibly cut the foam and then run your order through the til. The woman working in the Foam Shop when we were there was obviously stressed and unfortunately it came out in how she treated those waiting to be served. Sweet as pie once it was your turn though.
When the server told us the price I was pretty shocked. Unfortunately in the lower mainland there aren’t too many options when you are in need of specialty foam so they have their customers over a barrell. You yourself may end up walking through the Foam Shops doors. At least after reading my review you are prepared for lack luster service and high prices.
