I thought that they were a little unorganized when i was trying to book an appointment. Finally after me bugging them a bunch i got an appointment on a Friday. 12 – 4 window. I took the day off work. No one showed by 1:30 so i called to make sure i was still on the books. Rachel assured me i would have service within the window. Seven o’clock rolled by and nothing, no phone call letting me know, just nothing. Can’t rate their service if they don’t show up! I value my time and obviously this company doesn’t.

My wife and I checked out many fireplace distributors so we have allot to compare to. We we’re very pleased that we choose to go with Classic. Their selection and product knowledge was excellent and they were a big help in choosing the right product for us. There pricing was reasonable. There install work was a quality job. There was a small hitch when a hard to access fan was unplugged in the unit but they did sort us out in a prompt professional manor which says allot. I would go with these guys without hesitation again.
