I want to start by sharing my experiences I’ve had with this business to other women who are reading reviews like this on line, trying to find a compassionate place to go for help. Well, this business isn’t it and very much lacks compassion. From the beginning it’s been ERROR after ERROR. I have always planned(well ahead of time) my trips into Calgary as I am a Business Owner that lives 3 hrs away and many arrangements need to be made before I can be gone an 8+ hour day. Let’s start with ZERO head measurements being done on me in person even after a phone consultation with the business first mentioning they do the measurements themselves that day. Then staff not properly educating me on their products. That’s their job. To educate their clients on available products based on their particular needs. For how I told them I wear my hair, the incorrect wig was ordered. Itchy lace front and a wig that needed to be taken in smaller even AFTER I said I had a very small head. Several trips back to Calgary and a phone call to the owner, Saundra mentioned that if I was a bang wearer, I shouldn’t have had the lace front. They offered to order me another in its place. Great I thought! Weeks later the new hair was in and I booked an appt. The evening prior I received a phone call saying the hair hadn’t arrived and was still on the truck. I said, No it isn’t. I have an email saved from your owner saying the hair was in weeks ago. I was suddenly put on hold… then I was told it was the wrong cap size. A child size cap that wouldn’t work. They had to reorder. Again the following week, hair came in again. Appt made. AGAIN! Showed up in Calgary to find light brown hair instead of my current black wig. They held up the hair(Actually Glory did) and said beautiful what do you think? I said, oh my gawd, it’s the WRONG colour. She shrugged her shoulders at me and said, It wasn’t me that ordered it. I was told that they looked at the wrong chart. They have three Holly’s and oops. During this whole ordeal, the owner of this business NEVER came into the room to apologize nor did she make a phone call to or send an email acknowledging all their mistakes. Nothing! At all! The new hair finally arrived Via mail after I mentioned I would not be driving into Calgary again for another wasted trip. Guess what? This light brown hair was coloured black, TOO Black and has spots of hair that were missed being coloured. It also came with NO hair clips attached to it that I specifically requested and they promised they would attach. Another error. Sorry, this was a very long review but I sure hope I can save someone the stress of what I’ve gone thru the last 7 months with this Calgary business. If anything, this has taught me how to be a BETTER Business Owner. When there is a problem, there is a need for another business. Sincerely, A Young, Energetic Entrepreneur
