I appreciate the response from Zee, it’s just very unfortunate that it took 3 months to hear anything (phonecall or otherwise) back. There might have been back-​to-​back clients, but I was that next client, and as being such that time was reserved for me, and a phone call would have been appreciated. Although, I am glad to know the issue is finally being addressed. Thank you very much for your time.
(I apparently deleted my last review while updating: I was having a seriously difficult time finding the business, which is in a new construction residential area. I had an appointment but was lost, and called a minimum of five times and left a voicemail to call me back. Three months later I received a response from Zee, the spa’s owner. She simply stated that there isn’t always time with back-​to-​back clients to call back. I’m sure there was time in one of those three months to call back. But I do appreciate the response.)

I have been going to Gelous Spa for about 6 months now. I have my lashes and brows tinted; pedicures and bio-​scultpure nails done.
It is ALWAYS clean, spotlessly clean. I feel safe and confident with the treatments I receive here.
Rotem does a perfect job of my lashes and my brows everytime. She is a star.
Dorothy always makes my nails look outstanding. Nothing over the top, just a plain french tip. I was in London a couple of weeks ago, after having my nails done for my trip. I was stopped on several occassions to be complimented on Dorothy’s handywork.
I always feel like a super star when I leave and I know for certain that I have had a good service, at a good price and that I won’t be taking home anything like you do at those discount mani/​pedi places in the strip malls.
I only ever recommend Gelous Spa. It is a MUST GO to place
