i was making a stop here on a trip so i could see one of the flagship canon stores. as far as merchandise, there was a ton on the floor to handle and test out. they had various rooms that looked like they could have demonstrations and classes. there were demos on the floor of various lenses, comparisons of a wide swath of products, and even a video area where you could try their Cinema line of lenses. the big thing missing from my 25 minutes there? customer service. i wandered around in my self-​guided tour of the area and was never once approached by anyone. i guess people mostly come here for the demos? i was at least expecting someone to expound on the virtues of the canon products and at least show me what the store was about. i was a little disappointed as i am a canon shooter and do like the products. i’m glad their customer service isn’t reflective of their lens quality!
