I had a leaky tub faucet and they sent a plumber to «fix» in which he could not fix the faucet while he was here and had to order a part. He stated he would «cut off the water supply» to that faucet and four days later I noticed I had several water areas on the ceiling below the bathroom on the next level, water was leaking behind the wall of the bathtub that was not happening before. I could not get ahold of anyone at Jamison so I had to call another plumber to fix the previous plumber’s «work.» I now have water damage to a large portion of the ceiling in my front room and extensive drywall repair. When I spoke with Jamison Plumbing nothing was offered to compensate for the blatant lack of service.

Curt first tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone to see if it was something minor we could sort out ourselves in order to avoid a service call. Once it was clear we needed his help, he was luckily able to come by that morning. He was very professional and patiently explained everything in detail. He had our furnace up and running within an hour (part on hand), and he even returned later that day to fix an unexpected vibration with the furnace at no charge. I would definitely call him again.

Curt Jamison is prompt, knowledgeable, sincere and courteous, so he gets five stars.
After being referred through a long chain of HVAC repair companies to Curt, I left him a message saying I was in need of a new gas valve for an old Coleman furnace. I got a call back within 10 minutes, had the part on hand, and was at my place within 30 minutes!
Even better than this, he determined that the gas valve did not need replacement (a wrong diagnosis, done by another company). Rather, the blower belt was broken and set off the high limit switch. He reset the switch, and told me how to replace the belt myself. I promptly went to Canadian Tire and got a new belt for $ 7.85, instead of $ 450 for the gas valve. I also gleaned valuable information about furnace replacement options and pitfalls specific to my abode’s setup. I’d highly recommend Curt for any HVAC related issue!
