Everyone knows this franchise. I’m giving it four starts because of my delicious coffee I get every morning and the service I get from the drive though lady. I prefer McDonald’s Coffee over Tim Hortons because of taste and service but also because after your 7th coffee you get a medium one for free!

very busy place. Have to wait a bit in line, wait for the food. After sit down with the food, they missed the hash browns. Sent the kid back for it and wait again. But the boys and the girls behind the counter are nice and they are really busy.

I’ve found the drive-thru here to be excellent. Food comes quick & hot. I’ve found the staff to be extremely courteous, helpful & pleasant.

I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore since 5 years ago I ended up having to get a shot because of the Hepatitis scare at a McDonald’s in the Foothills. Plus I just find there are better places to eat. So surprised was I when we pulled in to get the kids egg mcmuffins on our way out of town for our BC holiday and I see the décor has changed and the sandwiches are gone from the menu(what I use to enjoy). Whoa… pancakes & smoothies & lattes now?!! So I stood in line(way longer than I ever remembered) and ordered the breakfast meal + smoothies + a coffee for hubs. Well I was given my bag of food meanwhile still waiting for the coffee. I am next in line. An employee calls out a coffee and some women pushes her way in front of everyone saying it’s mine, it’s mine and the employee hands it over. Um excuse me do you not check the screen to see who gets their coffee next? So I tell another employee who has to yell out another order for coffee and a few minutes later it comes. I shout out it’s mine(perhaps that is the secret code), the employee looks at me… I say you gave my coffee away and she walks away… no apology, nothing. Holy Miserable McDonald’s Employee Batman. I now remember another reason why I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore… better service elsewhere ;).

This McDonalds location is MUCH better than it use to be. Recently renovated, it much more nice to actually come sit down and eat something than it was before. There is one BIG issue with this location, and that is the fact that there are 3 schools located close(within the block) and all are older kids(2JR highs and 1HS) So if you going during lunch hours on weekdays, you will be fighting with teenagers for about a hour. I use to attend these school, so I know it is very popular for kids to hang out at during their lunch hour. Service is pretty quick here, as to be expected. Manager skills is really good here as well. Had some punk teenagers cause a ruckus in the store one day, didnt even have to complain, the Manager was out right away kickign the kids out for being rude and was very good at keeping an eye on his store when the teenagers are around. Drive thru and resturant are open 24 hours at this location.
