Medichair Calgary

Via the occupational therapist at my mother’s successful living facility, we have gotten a custom made wheelchair from Medichair. 75% of the costs of my mother’s wheelchair is covered by her medical insurance and this is where MC steps in to do an extremely accurate assessment of her mobility or rather immobility.
MC will take the time to go to her Care Facility, measure her and make a wheelchair so perfectly attune to her body size and her needs. Not only that, they will also come back weekly to do assessments to see how the chair is working. They have come several times to tweak the wheel size and to add other accessories. Right now we are working on a table and according to MC this is also covered under her insurance.
They are good natured and extremely personable, and make sure that whatever can be covered by insurance is. They know their business and I recommend them highly in the quality of their product and in their expertise.
