A good portion of the staff do not talk to their clients except to ask basic question on the service. Their work is good but they rush through and I find that they don’t care what the client request .i have a fill done every three weeks but they continually do not cut the skin around the cuticles.. They use a machine and feel that is enough. I always have to go home and do it myself. Especially with our dry climate. I find unless I request each time they clean and remove around the cuticle and nail they just don’t do it.
