I met Richard the property manager along with several others to view a basement apartment on a Thursday. I decided I wanted it and had a response from him that evening. Richard walked me through their application process and made sure I had everything I needed to move in at the end of the month.
Having moved in, every question or concern I have had has been addressed the day I made it. The suite is clean and in good shape. I’ve had maintenance in to fix a window and the shower diverted and you wouldn’t even know they were there.
Overall I am impressed, there were no reviews of Petwin in Calgary so I expected mediocre at best. They have provided excellent and totally warrant the fifth star. I really appreciate the property manager’s dedication to keeping the place clean and inviting.
