I can only comment on their waxing services which have all been excellent in my experience. Mahsa is the best, request her specifically if you can. She uses a combination of hard wax and strip wax to get even the most stubborn of hairs. Somehow my waxes are all less painful if she’s my technician. This is my go to spot.

Had a terrible experience here. Went in for a Acrylic fill. They drilled off the old acrylic burning me over once a nail — thats 10+ times! She told me that it was OK when I told her she was burning me and that she had to — BULL! THEN told me that they didn’t do Acrylic fills and that they would just do gel. I said I wanted acrylic and they insisted they dont do it despite having it listed on the website and the signs.
They then told me to wait and someone came out. They brought the Acrylic products with them and commented on how stinky they were which is a trait of MMA (*Methyl Methacrylate — an FDA banned product — ILLEGAL AND HIGHLY POISONOUS see
for more info) I asked if they were using MMA and they openly admitted YES they were!!! As I was asking this question the tech slopped acrylic all over my nail, or finger rather… it literally covered the entire tip of my hand, skin included.
Needless to say, thats the point where you have to say — forget it. And I did. (Thank goodness!!!)
And told them to simply take them off… So they grinded and drilled the old acrylic off to the nail bed, severely damaging the nail bed in the process, despite me telling them to stop and I would just do it. THEN they charged me for it… RIDICULOUS!!!
This place should be SHUT DOWN for what they are doing!!! Choose ANY other nail salon — just not here!!!

I had a terrible experience yesterday. I went in and was told a few different prices for mani and pedi they dont have a price list so the owner made up a number I guess. Farrah did my pedi and Ann did mani. It was supposed to be a treat for myself and it ended up being a painful experience. Farrah has no work ethic, she couldn’t even clip the nails properly and kept hurting me by going way too short and poking me with sharp objects and had to ask Ann to help her clip the nails. I was literally in tears. I left with so much pain my hands were bleeding from 3 fingers and my both big toes are swollen. I will not be going back to them ever again. They can practice on someone else…

Went for the first time today as I had some giftcards. I got a spa pedicure with shellac and a Brazilian. I was nervous as it isn’t my usual place to go but I will be going again! The lady doing my wax wasn’t comfortable at first because I am very pregnant so she asked another lady to do it. Which i was impressed that she was able to step back and ask someone else so I got the best customer service possible. Lin did an awesome job with the wax. she was very professional and fast. It actually hurt way less than the usual place I go. I was impressed.
Bianca did my pedicure and did a awesome job. She took the time to do it properly and neatly.

I’d never treated myself to gel nails before I went to Phamtastic to get my wedding nails put on. I got pink and whites with some white floral decorations put on. For the wedding they were just beautiful — nicer than any set I’ve ever noticed for shape ect. They started to look bad quickly when they grew out though so I’m wondering if they made them look extra nice for the wedding and purposefully made the sacrifice. I was back for a fill I badly needed in two weeks (I thought I would get more time) and the fill looked not as nice but they were much flatter with less gel so they have been growing out much more attractively. I’m now two weeks after a fill and I’m not even considering another fill yet so maybe I’m currently wearing an average set of gels. They certainly take less care and attention to my nails during the fill and I had to get them to go back and adjust the shape and sharpness they were just going to gloss over. Overall I’m wanting to keep my nails for a while and I’ll continue with phamtastic as I’m still pretty much happy.

Got my eyebrows threaded there. Only went there because my usual place was not open. The job done did not leave me happy. I thought it was too over done and the shape of the eyebrow threading job did not suit me. I had usually enjoyed after threading jobs for years, but this time walked away unsatisfied.
I had to fill in my eye brows where there were inconsistencies. Will not get them done there again. I guess that’s what I get for going to a nail salon for eye brow threading.
