The staff here are friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure they took electronics recycling. I warned them it was a large DLP TV with a stand that couldn’t be removed. They said it was OK over the phone.
When we arrived a staff member told us the TVs with stands are usually not accepted by the company who hauls their used electronics away. After some persuading they gladly accepted the TV.
There needs to be better communication between the staff regarding electronics recycling. Other than that everything is great about this store.

I ordered a calendar online and had it printed at this location. It was easy to do and there was lots of options available to customize it. It was ready the next day. I went in to pick it up. After closer review, it appeared that the pages were not folded exactly in half. They were slightly off but it made all the difference in the world. I tried refolding the pages but then the paper got ruined. The clerk said we could reorder it, which I did.
Next day I was back to pick up my new calendar but unfortunately it looked the same. The new clerk said he was going to recalibrate their folding machine. It turned out a bit better but I asked if I could just hand fold the pages myself. He said sure. So I folded them all and stapled the calendar together. It actually turned out really nice. Now I just need to figure out how to make a hole at the top to hang it up.
The manager offered to refund my purchase because of the hassle which I thought was really generous. The calendar only cost $ 10 which was a bargain to begin with. Now I have 2 extra calendars to give away to anyone who doesn’t mind seeing me or my cats for the next year.
Because of the outstanding customer service here I would highly recommend this location. My order wasn’t as I requested but they went out of their way to make it right.
