Tim Hortons

This is consistently the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I work 2 blocks from this location and the coffee at work is even worse then the coffee they serve. I’ve been working close to this location for 2 years and it’s been pretty bad the whole time.
They seem to have days where they’ll take an order in the drive thru, and wait till the customer has paid and driven off before they take the next order from the car next in line. The lineup also back up pretty far back, it’s not uncommon for the line to back up onto 39^th ave. And this is daily.
The coffee from my experience is always inconsistent. I’ve had good double doubles, I’ve had good triple triples, but it’s always a gamble between the two. I ordered a double double today and it was good, but yesterday a double double tasted like black coffee.
Some of the staff are pleasant, some don’t even acknowledge you.
The chestermere location still holds the tims crown in my opinion.

The drive-​thru here can be a pain if you turn the wrong way into the parking lot. You need to go on the south side of the building to enter or you’ll get nasty looks from the others already waiting in line thinking you’re trying to sneak in and skip the wait.
The service here has always been fast when I’ve come through after the big morning rush.
