Its common sense really) — if you are NOT going to offer bankers line ups, have signs that asks people to form separate lines so that your cashiers don’t have to yell at customers to form separate lines.(The manager actually defended this tactic because the staff members need to address a lot of people at once and have to yell in order to be heard) –get some popcorn flavour seasonings –train your staff on efficiency and presence. –have some pride in the company you work for. –get some feedback-acceptance training for your management -«This is Chilliwack» and«We’re NOT a big theater» are not acceptable responses to feedback.
