Okay, They are friendly enough until you need to return something because it didn’t work and didn’t do the job they said it would. Bought a 1200 something dollar pool robot from them, tried to return it within a week. After a giant run around and them questioning me on how i used it, and telling me it was user error (a monkey could work and clean it) they finally refunded it AFTER charging 300 for a restocking fee? I feel mugged.

I purchased a hot tub from them last summer, and was thrilled with the deal that I got on it. They installed it, and were friendly and helpful with everything to do with its start-​up. Professional, great business relationship, a nice selection of extras and fun stuff for your hot tub experience, and they are always great with testing our water and giving us our printouts.
