I have good and bad things to say about this location. The pros Community environment. Family and elderly dominated. Good staff. No attitudes. Cardio room can accommodate any hour of the day including primetime, new years resolutions, and back to school time. Pool and all purpose gymnasium thats great for basketball or drills. The cons My biggest issue with this location that can make me frustrated and/or uncomfortable is how tiny and sardined the upstairs weight room is. It makes it difficult to super set or circuit when the room only accomodates a few people comfortably. There isnt a proper squat rack. The barbell rack is tightly fit in and only allows room for stationary work.(meaning loaded walking lunges are not an option) There is very little room for even the benches that are there. If you need dumbbells where someone is using a bench, your butt will be pretty close to their face.
