This place is olive oil and balsamic vinegar lovers dream. There are over 70 types of olive oil and vinegar. They have pairings all ready for you to sample but they encourage you to try as many as you like.
I asked to try the mushroom oil and the associate paired it with the garlic cilantro vinegar. It was so very good. They had a pairing of blood orange oil and a fig vinegar, also very good. It was light and fruity.
Will definitely be going back for more flavor combinations
