Ex Lashes

I have never wrote a review but compelled to because of this horrible experience and I hope others would consider before going. I thought of finding a salon near my home so I didn’t do proper research before trying her out. Previous reviews pretty much summed up my exprience. Not answering phone calls for a week, VM full, 30 mins late on scheduled appointment, putting on bare minimum of lashes. I was ‘up sold’ on a ‘real mink’ for $ 15. It took her 5 mins to put about 10 lashes on each side and the glue was stuck on my lower eye lashes, I’d hardly open one eye. Also the glue were applied to adhere on other lashes instead of eyelid/​skin so my real lashes fell after a few days. Even though I wasn’t happy witht the service I let it slide. When I went to pay she told me it was $ 30! She says $ 15 was per eye! And for refill (that already paid with my Groupon is $ 17.50 extra) I’m not going back even she doesn’t charge me. She’s now moved to another location so please beware.

Terrible service! First time getting eyelash extensions and was not given any type of consultation. Rose never told me ahead of time what she was planning to do. Just started the process right away. I asked her if she would put one fake eyelash to one real eyelash and she said «yes». After the appointment, I went home to look at my lashes and realized she had glued one fake lash to a few of my real lashes and the glue can be noticeably seen… looked clumpy. I hope once the fake lash falls out, it doesn’t take with it all my real lashes. The full set of lashes that she attached is probably around 20 the most and the appointment only took 30 minutes. My eyelashes don’t even look full or luxurious. Oh, she also glued one of my lashes to my skin! I read the negative reviews on here before going to ex lashes but thought I would give Rose a chance and try it out since I’ve already paid for the groupon. Now, I just want to get them taken off so they don’t ruin my real lashes. I will never go back to ex lashes, not even for the fill that came with the groupon. I’m done with that place!!!
