My mom received some of their bath bombs for Christmas. It read«all natural ingrediants» on the package. She broke out in a horrid rash on her back and butt. The rash stayed for about 6 months. Not so natural eh??? My mom makes the best creams, soaps and bath bombs; as well as shampoo.

Nice corner location, upper floor. Love their products, no preservatives so easier on skin. Prefer the bubble bars over the round ones which are only one time use. While all products are made from Cambie/Marine drive, not a retail store, it is a UK-based company. Friendly service fr Bianca, water demonstration.

Oh oh oh! I just love Lush! I am a tried and true Lushie, having worked at the Robson St location during my salad days. It is still hard for me to get used to paying full retail after being lavished with free product for years(and I mean LAVISHED — my friends all had their own stashes of my overflow!) That said, the quality found in their shower gels, soaps, lotions and scrubs is just too good to say goodbye to — I crave it! As my BFF lives in PoCo, I end up patronizing Coquitlam Centre every now and then, and the staff at this location are always happy to help me part with my money and explain the new products. I need to subtract a star, however, for the lack of response the manager gave to said BFF when she was organizing a charity fundraiser. Her letter was ignored, as were subsequent follow-up calls and emails. She was finally told that they had used up their donation allotment for the month, even though she had submitted her letter 6 weeks earlier. Hmm. :/ It’s good news for them that I love Flying Fox and Olive Branch too much to quit… :) PS — I LOVE the smell. When I worked there, my sense of smell actually got better!
