While I have virtually no expectations from retail anymore, I rarely experience such lack of interest as I did at this location.
I realize my problem wasn’t exciting (or quota worthy?) but the experience was an endurance and if the hassle to change carriers and phones wasn’t as big as it is, I’d switch in a heart beat. I know Virgin markets to a certain market demographic– does this mean young cool people don’t have any standards and will put up with anything?
