Tango Flooring

We hired Tango Flooring Sept.1 to redo our kitchen hardwood floors. At first they suggested the best option: hard wax finish like the living room had… but then they changed it to polyeurothane… time was a factor, I believe.
They made multiple appointments and either never showed up or cancelled. Finally the work got finished.
The worst part: they were to refinish only the kitchen since the hardwood in the hallway and living room was in good shape. When applying their polyeurothane, they mistakenly revarnished a couple feet of the hallway, going over a hard wax finish that was OK… and the result is 2 feet of messed up dark brownish finish that cannot be fixed & matches nothing. We have to hide it with a carpet.
They also mistakenly smeared varnished on our baseboards in a couple places and left a mess.
Also, they reinstalled some bannisters and left the hard glue showing up on the edges.
When there were called to their attention, they said ‘no problem’ they would fix it. After 2 failed appointments, we realize they have no intention of fixing up these projects.
Work: rushed, messy. Perhaps they had too many jobs or family concerns…
