This Tim Hortons has poor service. I usually order a café mocha and it tastes different each time. Don’t they train staff to provide consistent products? Also, if you want your order messed up, go to this location.

Great to see that something is open 24⁄7 in this part of town. Parking is available thanks to a very large lot next to the complex. The seating area is long and narrow, which means that the traffic mostly stays away from the far end. My coffee felt good.

The usual mediocre Timmy’s food stuffs. Only the immigrant exchange workers can’t seem to get an order right or do it in a timely manner.

Over the years, this location has gotten a lot of my orders wrong, even after they were repeated back to me correctly. I’m not sure what quite goes wrong back there along the way. However, recently, they seem to have been making an effort to address this and I haven’t had an incorrect order in a while. Bearing in mind that I don’t really order food here much anymore. The quality regarding the food doesn’t leave me with any complaints. If they can go a little longer without any mistakes, I might change it to four stars.

EAGLERIDGELOCATION(by Falcon and Runnel/Barnet) Lineups are always long, they get the order wrong at least half of the time, and another half of the time they don’t have what we ask for. There’s one really awesome old guy that works there though. He is so funny and nice and always says the nicest things. Actually once he told my order RIGHT to someone who made it wrong. Surprise. Anyway. I avoid going here because everyone there(besides that guy) is stupid. Stupidity of the day: Please add a little coffee to the English Toffee. It was made with more coffee than english toffee… not hard to understand but obviously it was. Also: The guy dipping the glazed doughnuts wasn’t wearing gloves while he did it … Also: They wouldn’t be so lined up if they weren’t so slow and stupid. DOESANYONEINCHARGEREADTHESEREVIEWS??? CANYOUPLEASESTARTCARINGANDFIXTHEPROBLEM??? GOD!!! How do these people live with themselves knowing they suck so bad at their job… Nov. 22: Asked for 3 egg white breakfast sandwiches. Got 2. Nov. 24: Asked for 3 egg white breakfast sandwiches. Got 3! Except they weren’t egg whites…

As a Canadian you gotta love Timmy’s. Nothing like a double double and a Maple dip in the morning. But this has to be the slowwwwest Timmy’s I have ever been to. My advice, skip this one and go to any of the other three that are just blocks away.

Thank goodness for these drive thru’s, never will i criticize ppl as lazy – when it’s raining, they are great! just a minor complaint though, such a big parking lot, but these long lineups at drive thru can cause havoc. Service isn’t as fast with only 1 checkout window here and 5 cars in front of me, but hey, got some work done on my cell phone lol …

BAH I LOVETIMMYHOS! I seriously wish we had these in the states because I became a Tim Horton’s junky during my two week visit in Canada. Tim Bits and coffee are the perfect fuel for staying alert on long drives and I don’t know how I would have made it without them. I stopped at this particular location on my way out of Vancouver heading to Calgary. Service was fine and everything was tasty and fresh. While I’m sure the opportunity to come here again won’t ever present itself the single experience I had here was a good one. Thanks!

As far as Tim Hortons go, this one is hit n miss with service. Today, fantastic, speedy and friendly, even gave extra napkins without asking.

Great food but understaffed and keeps the line ups long.

The mentally challenged line up for hours in their cars to get stale donuts and coffee flavored detergent. I witnessed a woman yell at small children who she almost ran over to get her fix. This is one of the first signs of the Apocolypse I am sure.

While the Coffee and food items are consistent with other Tim Horton’s. The service leaves a lot to be desired. It is one of the slowest Timmy’s around, poorly run, Staff get easily confused it seems and they often get orders wrong even when they have just repeated your order back to you. I don’t know if it is a training store but if it is they should keep trainees off the peak times. like early morning & lunch time. It holds everyone up in the drive through and I have witnessed people drive off in disgust, myself being one of them. I waited 20 mins in the line up on one occasion and was late for a workshop. so told them to forget it and left, this happens a lot when I go to that drive through & that is just what I see. So how often in general are they screwing up?
