Really enjoy taking my 16 month old daughter here but came last week at about a little after 2 pm to have a play date with some of my friends children, paid the cost, then we were told you closed at 3 :/we probably wouldnt have stayed if we knew that before we paid… wish the hours were longer.

Babies crying, toddlers screaming, toys stolen, peppered with squeals of delight… sound like your idea of a good time? Then hop on over to Play Café! This is a great spot for parents to bring small children who are old enough to use the indoor play area, consisting of a climbing gym and fun toys in a large play area. My daughter is only 7 months old, so I only come here because there is a mom group that meets here every Friday at 12:00. I wouldn’t bring her here by myself as there really isn’t anything for younger babies to do. I definitely recommend it for children in the 2 – 5 age range. I have to say I was sad when they upped the price for babies. Now everyone has to pay the 6 $ entrance fee. It used to be that babies under 8 months were free as long as you made a café purchase of 2 $. Now I understand that times are tough and this is a lot of floor space, so rent is likely high and they have to make a living, but 6 $ is a bit high for a baby. It would be nice if there were a variety of price options. I even think 5 $ would be more acceptable. No big deal though. This spot is very clean and the staff are pretty friendly. They do strictly enforce the no outside food policy though, however you can bring food for your little ones, but they have to eat it in the eating area only, not the play area, which makes sense. Overall, a great spot for families to come have a good time and change up the scenery for their kids.

Best indoor gym I have found so far! So bright, clean, open, friendly, and busy! My 3 year old and I go weekly. Only downside: no baby play area for my 4 month old… would be nice if there were a few mats/dangly toys for babies.

I called before taking my 14 month old to Play Café(to make sure there were age appropriate activities, etc) and was assured that there were. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see that there was not really much for her to do but decided to pay the $ 6.00 entrance fee since we were already there. My baby soon became bored with the limited options and we left after 35 minutes. I think the Play Café is geared more towards pre-schoolers and older as there is a large ball/climbing play structure in the back that is ages 4 and up. For my babies, age group, I just don’t see the value in taking her there.

This is a great place to bring your toddlers and young children to run and play in a safe and clean environment. They have a great selection of food at reasonable prices.
