My number one reason for ordering from this place versus another is because of their crust. A yummy, dry(meaning the bottom is not floppy and greasy), chewy crust! You can get their pizzas 2 for 1 but we usually get a pizza and garlic fingers which I don’t think counts? Anyway, it’s pretty standard toppings, and they also offer a bunch of other Lebanese fare which is pretty tasty(yum, donair pizza) as well as salads and donairs which I haven’t tried, although my husband has had donairs from this place since he was a kid and he keeps going back for more :)

Although I grew up in this area, I rarely ordered from Dino’s. When I did though, it was delicious; greasy, cheesy with a bounty of toppings. Yesterday, I developed a new appreciation for this Cole Harbour pizzeria when I was visiting the Sally Anne next door. This place has all the retro vibe any lover of the days of yore could ask for. Their signage is reminiscent of a mom and pop diner, with the removable lettering slid in along the crimped plastic, lit up from behind. The greens and natural hues come together against a backdrop of tile and linoleum, ultimately enhancing their position as a blast from the past. They’ve got the two for one deal in perpetual motion, signaled by their outdoor banner with a slice on wheels, surrounded by their standard«2 For 1» text. Order from Dino’s! They’ve been around for ages, so must be doing something right. If you’re feeling saucy, you could wear your poodle skirt and horn rimmed glasses and dine in with a hot slice and a glass of soda-pop. You’ll be the real deal in this authentic pizza joint nestled into an unlikely Dartmouth strip mall.
