I’m not sure who last poster interacted with at the store. But the staff have always been on the ball with me. They have a growler filling station there now and they always have a neat selection of beers they bring in.

The dude in there really had little positive to say about anything. He criticized his company’s website, was negative towards NSLC and finally derided a wine app that my sister-​in-​law uses to track her fav wines. He earned little business today.
A shame — it’s nice having the store in Dartmouth, but the staff could use some training on creating positive experiences for their customers!
