I wish I could give this starbucks a higher rating but after waiting 20 minutes for a passion Tea lemonade and then going for a refill thinking I would give them another chance and waiting 15 minutes again if you are in a rush this is not the place to go

I like it. the quality of food and drinks is the same for all Starbucks branches but the people are friendly and accommodating. I asked for some changes to my drink even though it was already made she gladly did it again and didn’t complain or refuse my request! Top stars for the service. u changed my opinion of Starbucks guys thanks!

There’s 4 Starbucks locations in Halifax I’m aware of. And because of my co-workers infatuation with Starbucks and uninterest in Tim Horton’s, we’ve been to every Starbucks on the island… or whatever Nova Scotia is. It’s the same in the states… quick service, friendly staff… and they have everything you need from a Starbucks(sans the Adele and Michael Buble cd’s sitting on the counter)

My favourite Starbucks location, because I like shopping and it’s conveniently placed in my favourite mall. Every time I go there the staff is nice and what I order is delicious. It’s not in the food court so that’s a bonus. Good for a shopping break and a delicious beverage.

This location is pretty convenient. You don’t have to go all the way to Dartmouth Crossing or all the way to Halifax(if you take the bus both places can be a bit of a pain). It’s also not in the food court so it’s pretty much guaranteed to be not as busy as the food court. It’s in a nice spot if you want to just take a break from shopping or grab a cup of coffee/tea/etc. Like Krista P. said, «staff are a bit hit or miss». I personally like their London fog tea(now called Earl Grey tea latte) and recommend it to anyone that likes tea.

A pretty good location, especially in a mall. As Angela mentioned, this store has a good-sized open concept kiosk on the lowest floor, making it a bit more accessible I find. You’re not at risk of having to throw elbows nearly as much as you might be in the food court. I mean… I would never stoop to that level of violence just to get my caffeine fix 3 seconds earlier. Why would you think that? The staff can be a bit hit or miss from what I’ve seen here in terms of friendliness, but really, as long as I get my order and it tastes halfway decent, I’m not going to complain too much. My mom and I were here recently and each ordered a pumpkin spice latte, which we both found very tasty. Just the right amount of pumpkin flavour. I just wish they served these all year round. Why can’t it be October forever?

A great open concept. On the lower Level of the mall at the base of the escalators.
