Traditional Trading Post Variety Store

Oh, the Trading Post. Where else in this fine city can you buy your cigarettes without having to get out of your car? Just drive around the shack up to the little window, yell out your cancer stick brand of choice, and pay the kindly cashier before taking off.
This is a really small, bare-​bones kind of convenience store. You could barely fit five people in the whole place, yet it warrants two on-​duty cashiers most of the time and a full-​time security guard. A small chip and chocolate bar rack, rickety pop coolers, a nickel-​candy bar, and a wide selection of cigarettes are pretty much all that stocks this joint.
However, if you’re in the know, then this is the place to go to light up your festivities. The «back» of the place houses a huge selection of fireworks. And I don’t mean no rinky-​dink bottle rockets or cherry bombs, although those are available too. I mean, floor-​to-​ceiling shelves of large boxes and tubes of 25 metre spread fireworks with names like Electric Blue Dog and Acid Rain. They also sell the big firework sets you can find at Costco and other stores, but this is really the place to go to find those one-​of-​a-​kind boom tubes that’ll really give your party some flair.
