Denny’s

It is Denny’s. The food is the same as every other Denny’s.
Our server, Randeep, was really good at keeping us satisfied. Very quick and attentive service, even at 3AM.
I was not expecting much from the nachos but they were actually the best thing I have had from here.

Went out with friends had a chocolate shake and chicken bacon classic burger. Good food! Ok ambience! Slightly over priced! Good service! Not excellent only GOOD!

Plan B option. Best thing about Denny’s is the hours they are opened. It’s fun to hang out with friends or significant other late at night without the typical 9 – 10 pm closing time.
My favorite part of their menu are their breakfasts!!! Spinach omelette all the way with hashbrowns. Best breakfast addiction ever!!!

Probably the worst Denny’s I have ever been too. Our server was fantastic and attentive but the fact that my brother ordered a «grand slam sandwich» and when he went to take a bite found mold on the bread should’ve sent a sign that the food here is not looked at. It was disgusting, they really need to look at what they’re cooking and also the expiry date. I also ordered the «loaded veggie omelet» and now suffering awful food poisoning. I probably will never go back here after seeing that they really don’t care what they are serving to people and probably not taking necessary steps to live up to health code. yuck.

Received absolutely terrible service. Our server, Farrah, did not check up on us at all. She literally just came at the beginning to take our orders and then came back to give us our food.
None of us at our table could get a refill because she never came and when we tried to call her she flat out ignored us. She eventually came to us (about an hour and a half after we were seated) and one of my friends and I ordered some appetizers to go, a mistake on my part. We also asked for a refill with our waters.
Then proceeded another half hour of waiting. I’m okay with waiting for the appetizers cuz I assume it takes some time to cook them but just so my friend could get a glass of water and we could get refills? Absolutely unacceptable. We did not get any water.
The manager in purple was really helpful and friendly and when he saw our empty plates, he offered to clear them out for us. We finally asked him to just give us a box to pack my friend’s food and our bills. He kindly took my friend’s plate to pack and told us that our waitress will be with us shortly for the bill. Oh great, another half hour.
She finally came after half an hour with our take out orders and our bills. And she’s like, «oh right, the water.» No sh**, Sherlock. So she get us our refills and my friend’s water as we were about to leave. Uhh. Thanks?
We get to the cashier and she completely screwed up our bill. Awesome.
We get to my friend’s place, opened the takeout and no dipping sauces. Even better. We checked the takeout bill and it said, «DIPPING SAUCE: none». What the actual f***? I don’t remember her asking if I wanted a dipping sauce. I guess we shouldn’t have assumed that she would’ve known considering it was the exact same order we had to dine in with the exact same dipping sauce.
Terrible service.

Always great service and the manager is super friendly and makes you feel happy to come back!
I always order the customize make your own burger ($ 10.99 choose your own toppings and buns) but today I decided to try the peanut butter caramel pancakes and I am happy that I made this choice! Delicious and portion is great! My boyfriend got the skillet and was happy with the taste as well, but it was so big he couldn’t even finish the whole thing!!!
Free wifi, decent priced and great staff. What else do you need? Besides come and make sure to pay a visit!

This Denny’s Delta location is by far the best one I have visited! The servers do a great job, always attentive and making sure I am happy with my experience. I have certain food allergies and both the cooks and servers do a great job by making sure my food is perfect. I highly suggest you go try their new «build your own skillets»! Only negative is that the weekends can get pretty busy and sometimes there is a 10 minute wait.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Waitress flat out lied to us, messed up our bill, and the mgr on duty did nothing to appease us. Never coming back.

It has been almost 7 months since I last wrote a review. So for those of you who care (most likely none), I have just been very lazy. But now I am returning to it, so be prepared for some outrageous reviews!
SO… my first «comeback» review would be on dear Denny’s, specifically the one that is located on Scott road and 84^th of North Delta.
And let’s move on it~
Location: It’s actually fairly convenient, as it has ample parking. It’s relatively easy to find. And the BEST part, is that there’s a medical clinic right beside it, in the same complex.
You know one of those «feelings» you get when you visit a doctor, and you would think to yourself… «Oh man, let’s get this test over with… bear all the bad news… and then EAT SOME GOOD FOOD TO MAKE ME FEEL GOOD YA~~!!!»
Well, if you are that kinda person (like many of us out there), then you will totally, absolutely, LOVE this specific Denny’s next door. I am only scratching the surface on its goodness. Yep, that’s right.
Value: Let’s put it this way. It’s Denny’s. The prices aren’t gonna be over the edge expensive. This is definitely one of those places you can go to on a regular basis (if you love it that much). And this place actually does make you want to tip the staff. I’d say roughly $ 15 dollars for a good meal. And did I mention, the drinks are refillable? Moving on~
Food: I find that different branches of Denny’s vary quite a bit. To be completely honest, I really enjoy the food at this particular Denny’s. I’ve had sandwiches, burgers, steaks, etc, and the quality is decent. It would be a very nice place to bring your kids to as well.
Service: This is where it wins, over all other Denny’s and possibly all other restaurants I’ve been to. Instead of telling you how great it is, I will just tell you a story. A true story.
One time I had to meet up with a friend there in the evening to study. It was one of those cram-​sessions (woohoo~)
And the moment I got in, the waitress asked if I wanted anything. Five minutes later, she came and asked me, «are you sure? We could definitely serve you something warm~». After another 10 minutes or so, she came and asked again.
It felt like she really cared. And I think she really did. Where do you find waiters/​waitresses like that? Denny’s.
Come grab a bite if you are craving Denny’s and aren’t too far away from North Delta.
