Fast and typical Tim Horton’s quality. However this place has by far the most rushed and rudest fast food workers of anywhere I have ever been. They say the perfuncyary words such as thank you but but every part of their attitude is implying they just want you to get the heck away from their window. I get the impression that this bunch is not well managed and probably not treated well by managers/owner. Maybe more foreign worker program victims? Who knows. Also, they do screw up you order about 10% of the time as they are obviously slapping everything together without much care. In general, a bit worse than your typical poor quality never fresh Tim Horton’s.

This Tim Hortons was a pit-stop on our day trip to Vancouver & it did a great job. We got 2 tasty sandwitches for about $ 11 and they accepted our inferior American credit cards. They have gasoline and coffee and donuts too, so I can’t imagine a better place to stop before getting into the Vancouver metropolitan area.

Since you’re in and out with a couple of donuts in hand, the service doesn’t matter. But the donuts do! Ah, yes, Tim Horton’s. For Americans going up to «the lower mainland»(essentially the basin around Vancouver BC), this is THE easiest Tim Horton’s to access. The ramps off Canada 99 going both north and south practically lead you right into it … and the adjacent gas station. It’s a real easy on and off, being in an area that looks like farmland, whereas immediately upon crossing the border, one is in Surrey, which is more treed and hidden, and further north, one is already in the thick of the Vancouver suburbs. Thus, those Tim Horton’s are harder to access. So there you have it — a couple of donuts to fill the hatch until you make that big sweep north of here and Vancouver’s majesty hits you in the face … or a couple of donuts to give you the sugar high to deal with the border officer about 15 or 20 minutes south of here.

This Tim Hortons was the last one I could find close to the highway before heading back into USA. They sold Timbits in all kinds of flavors, Old Fashion Glazed, Chocolate Glazed, Sour Cream Glazed, and Apple Fritter. We decided to go with 5 pieces of each flavor to bring back to the states. We ended up with 25 pieces somehow. Tim Hortons doesn’t exist in the US so this place is somewhat of a novelty to me. Check it out if you’ve never been!

This is a lousy Tim Hortons connected to a gas station. It’s staffed entirely by hard-of-hearing East Indians who couldn’t get an order right to save their lives. Either they don’t care, or they don’t know how to make any of the different drinks I’ve ordered at this location. I refuse to go back, but it’s on in the middle of two locations I frequent with my girlfriend, so she insists we drive-thru for drinks. Here’s a quick list of drinks we’ve ordered, only to find out(sadly) that they can’t prepare them correctly; iced capp, tea latte, green tea, tripple tripple, and a few other seasonal drinks. I know what you’re thinking; «if it’s really this bad, why keep going?» My girlfriend *loves* coffee, and if you’ve got a girlfriend, then you’ll know how sometimes you get dragged to terrible places because they need a fix.
