I recently took my mom in for an eye exam and found the staff very pleasant to talk to. Dr. Sharma took the time to go over the exam with my mother and I very thoroughly. When it came time to pick out a frame the staff was very helpful and patient with her when it came down to pick one out. They have a huge selection, so we were at it for a while and never once felt pressured or rushed. My mom was very pleased with her experience and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Beyond Vision.

Wow. Super unimpressed. They used to be in millwoods town center and when they were there they were great. Magic word were. Then they moved. You’re in and out so fast. I personally feel they eye exam wasn’t thorough even though a lady I talked to on the phone, her name was Sandy, said its because our new machines make it quicker. Okay. But he barely switched the lenses with me so I’m still skeptical. I go out to get my prescription and all they did was try to up sell me. I go home and try to get glasses and they don’t even have my prescription as progressive bifocals! I’ve been wearing progressives since 2008. So I call them and talk to a lady named Sandy and tell her about my prescription problem as well as how unimpressed I was about the staff trying to up sell me when I just wanted to get my script and leave. «oh I’m sorry that happened to you» So what does she do at the end of our conversation? Tries to up sell me again. This isn’t cool at all. I don’t recommend this place at all. I felt like I was harassed by everyone I talked to in that office and I’m pretty sceptical about my new prescription. Go find another eye doctor. Don’t go here.
