Such a great chapters location — lots of parking, huge and spacious, every book you’re looking for, and lots of home goods. I just wish there was some more seating for when you want to read a few pages.

Love this location, it is super quiet and lots of stuff to check out! Being next to the Keg which usually has a wait list for a table, you can walk over to kill time. The parking lot is huge and many other stores are situated within walking distance. Chapters doesn’t just sell books and magazines but carry many gift and personal items ranging from cloth bags, soaps, little gadgets, notepads, maps, and food and it’s fun to browse through. If you want to relax or meet a friend for coffee, they serve Starbucks. The staff is helpful and leave you to browse at your leisure. The store is clean and everything is neatly organized. Chapters has a Plum rewards card which offers points when you shop and the Indigo rewards card which offers a discount on your purchase with an annual fee of $ 35.

This location is in a great area and the exterior is always inviting. I am not surprised that the interior is just as inviting and quite crisp in cleanliness. I’ve gone to this location many times and will probably continue to go as the staff are friendly, pretty much a fixture in this location and willing to assist in your search for a book. Their is quite a wide selection of books as well as other things such as journals, novelty items and cards. I’ve never had an issue at this location, even when I’ve had to return a book. In other news; their is a Starbucks located inside this location as well, so you can buy a book and enjoy a delectable treat while you give your imagination free range to go wild! :D

It’s appropriate that the West Edmonton Mall has a large Chapters Bookstore in its own corner of the facility. I particularly like the magazine selection which features titles not normally found even within the other stores in this chain. Same goes for the newspapers. The book selection is also huge and if your looking for a journal or a just a nice gift, this Chapters has you covered. And make sure you check out the bargain books and bins before you decide to check out. The Starbucks is also convenient and comfortable, although I would expect a Canadian chain like Second Cup to be here instead of another American cultural icon.

I often come to this Chapters whenever I’m looking for a book or just want to browse their magazines. This store is very big, but at the same time, they also have a lot of inventory. In all my past experiences with Chapters, this location would usually have what I was looking for in stock. I love to stand at the magazine section and browse through their selection. Their shelves are very well organized and there is a lot of space between their racks to easily see what they offer. I appreciate how you can also sit by the nearby window and just browse through the magazines, and you never get stares from the staff. The smell of the Starbucks also lingers into this section, and I sometimes find it hard to move. The size of the store can be overwhelming at times. Luckily you can find easy-to-use self-check computers to locate your book. If you are still having trouble, the staff would be more than willing to help you. Friendly service with competitive prices. It’s hard to beat that!

This is the first Chapters I ever set foot in and it remains my favourite. The place is so huge it is easy to get overwhelmed. The first thing I always check out is the magazine selection. Then, I head to the many, many bins of bargain sales. I can usually find something quirky, fun, or interesting for very low prices. I find the Religion/Spirituality and Self Help sections here to be larger than in other Chapters stores in the city, including the one on Whyte Avenue. The Starbucks on site is a great place to relax with your purchase afterwards.
