I don’t ever shop at cleo due to the styles are a little mature for my age and usually hit up its younger counterparts like Rickis and Bootlegger. But I found a dress online that I fell in love with and ordered it. It took a little longer than the other stores but when It arrived I was notified and went to pick up in store. The store was clean but a little cluttered and some areas were difficult to navigate around. I was able to try the dress on right away and unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be. luckily I found a jacket that I could exchange for. The women at the till were wonderful. very polite and charming. I was able to do the exchange no problem and the jacket turned out to be on sale! tho it wasn’t marked anywhere. Overall a very pain free experience and the clothes were great fit and quality for a good price. Im a regular fit and going a size up in a petite size still fit perfectly!

I come to Cleo for the Petites and sometimes regular size items as well. Great selection of clothing for a wide variety of occasions; work, pleasure, casual etc. And because they have normal sizes — not a collection of size 0&2’s — but real women’s sizes. And such a good sales! I dropped in because I recently had a health issue and nothing I owned fit. Except yoga pants — fashion crime! No way I’m wearing those in public! Just as bad as PJ pants. Startling, I know. I dropped in to the store looking for a maxi dress I knew would be comfortable, and avoid the yoga pant dilemma and fortunately met Stacey — she’s a rockstar salesperson. I wouldn’t ordinarily choose dresses — I’m a pants girl, but there were 3 perfect fitting dresses… and all on sale. She even recommended the mall tailor around the corner to shorten the one non-petite dress I purchased that needed a foot removed. ;-) I kid, more like 8″. Stacey was helpful with the selection of clothing, fit, and after care of my purchases. I appreciated her candour and approach. We need more sales folk like her in the industry… desperately. I look forward to coming back.

This is an okay place in Kingsway Garden Mall(next to Sears). They have some nice stuff; I really liked the colors of their thin, V-necked sweaters that were on sale for $ 14.99. They also have some nice thin, long sleeved tops for about $ 9.99 and they looked and felt pretty comfortable, but they were a little tight against the body, something I’m not too much of a fan just because I don’t have the body type to pull off the look. They also have these really nice and cozy looking multi-colored wool knitted sweaters. They have some nice looking professional tops and pants; nothing that I really have a need for since I’m a student and, therefore, can dress like a homeless bum! They did have this really nice classy looking long, white winter jacket on sale for about $ 99.99; originally it was over $ 200. Their store was nice and neat and the employees who were working the day I went in here pretty nice and very helpful.
