Divine Interventions

Love this place! I’ve done photo facials, laser hair removal, lip injections (shhh… don’t tell!), tried a little bit of botox one time (shhh… don’t tell again!). I’ve always been very happy with the results.
I did have one misunderstanding/​issue one time, and it appeared the female owner did not want to resolve it to my satisfaction. In my opinion, I feel business owners can sometimes be emotional with their decisions, and sometimes don’t think long term. Thankfully, Samantha saw value in maintaining my relationship with the clinic and was able to help resolve it fairly. I have since spent at least a few thousand dollars more at this place and will continue to spend even more in the years to come. I am also in the spa industry and have referred this company to many of my clients who are interested in laser hair removal and other services because I know they will be taken care of. I now live in Vancouver but visit Edmonton every few months and still come to this clinic when I can even though it isn’t as convenient as me going somewhere in Vancouver. As I touched on, this company has impeccable management (Samantha), and you can expect that she will ensure you are happy with your experience. Samantha even returned one of my emails on Christmas Day (I don’t think clients should expect that, but it goes to show that you are valued as a customer!).
They use an awesome laser machine (I’m an esthetician so I know laser machines) which is super fast. You are in and out in no time. I did 2 years of laser hair removal starting about 4 years ago and overall I am very happy with the results. 2 years after stopping laser hair removal, I would say I have about a 75−80% reduction in hair. I don’t think anyone should realistically expect 100%. I barely have to shave now and what is left of my hair is very fine.
Thanks Divine Interventions! I’m thrilled to be a sphinx cat now with beautiful plump lips, no sun spots and barely any wrinkles! :-)

I have been going to Devine Interventions for some time now. Honestly the free consultation was what attracted me, as I was new to the various procedures available. Dr. Haubrich is wonderful about answering questions; he’s very professional, erudite and personable. He always makes you feel that you are more than just a cog in a wheel. I’ve never had anything but 100% perfect service and have recommended Devine Interventions to friends.
In addition– Their fees for services are very reasonable
