Another fantastic eyebrow appointment with Farhana! I did have my facial in April and I will have to write all about that wonderful experience when I have more time. Just needed to add a quick note to let anyone out there thinking of visiting Farhana and/​or Eveline Charles in general stop thinking an just do it. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Just read all my previous reviews!

I normally hate Eveline Charles. I have had numerous horrible experiences with customer service at several of their locations (Hair cuts and colors and esthetics services). However, back in May, I scheduled a wax appointment as I was changing salons and this was the closest to my house. Susan Krug was so professional and friendly, that I scheduled an appointment months later for laser vein treatment. I have been going ever since and I have had great results! Susan is amazing. She is the only reason I give this place 5 stars.

Eveline Charles in South Common (by Ikea) is my new favourite place. I had a really bad experience with a different salon (See Rockstar: The Salon) and I needed a cut really bad. They fit me in right away and the stylist they gave me was AWESOME. Her name is Christina and I would recommend going to her. She is a «junior stylist» with the know-​how of someone who has been in the industry for years. I explained to her what I like and she understood exactly.
Go see Christina at South Common, trust me you will not be disappointed!
The price is high but I will pay it for quality service.

For each season the hair stylists at Eveline Charles are asked to learn the latest looks and EC uses local Edmonton people to be in the photo shoots of the new hair styles; therefore, you can confidently ask your EC hairstylist to give you a fresh cut.
Further the hair and body products are created specifically for the EC brand. I find the shampoo and conditioner work great for a reasonable price.
I highly recommend Jane Goff at South Edmonton Common as an amazing hair stylist who knows her craft and will keep you laughing during your entire appointment :)

I have been to EvelineCharles at Southgate and really enjoyed my visit, even if it was for the spa and not salon. I thought that all locations would be similar and decided to book for my hair and it was at South Common location.
I walked in and my first thought was this is crowded… and man was I right… I definitely think they need a bigger place, especially when it is busy.
I had a great stylist (Sarah Grose) she was super friendly, easy to chat with. I really enjoyed our visit and loved my hair so I thought I would book again with her, I did and once again I loved my hair and stylist but wasn’t keen on the location and the comfort level. It was far to crowded for my liking– too small.
For the amount of $$ you pay– I want to be comfortable and I wasn’t. :(
So Sarah if you are out there– it wasn’t you that I didn’t like just the place, if you change locations or leave– please please get in touch with me.
