Props to this Starbucks for great service!
I went to this Starbucks location this past Thursday to grab a drink and a muffin. It has become a morning routine (an expensive one!) on some of my weekdays off.
I was disappointed that the drive-​thru was closed because sometimes, I don’t want to have to go into the store. But I went in anyways and it was a bit busy.
The girl at the till remained cheerful and friendly and kept a smile on her face the whole time. When I asked for a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, she rang it in with no issues (I have had this problem at other locations with them not knowing how to make one). And the girl making the drink, made it perfectly (again, an issue at another location recently)! The service was also very quick for being 9am and having no drive-​thru.
Great job! I would come here again.

While it gets expensive to make a daily stop here, we do find ourselves in the drive-​thru at least one morning a week.
Starbucks is Starbucks, pretty much across the map but this one has consistently impressed with quick service and shorter drive thru lines than the one further up Gateway Bvld.
This morning, the barista saw our car and when we began to place our order, he remembered a drink order from a few weeks back… we shook our heads and wondered if he can read our minds. No… the staff here is just that amazing!

I hate reviewing chains, because the heart of a franchise is consistency. What’s the difference between one Starbucks and another? Nothing, if they’re doing it right. This one does it right, but the staff is above and beyond. I stop in here whenever I visit IKEA and I’m always greeted warmly. They make conversation, they ask how my day is, they spell my name right = these are good people. This is also a good place to run into Deanna S., but that is probably true of any Starbucks.

I love going to this Starbucks, because no matter how busy it gets, you will always be able to find a place to sit. They have different sizes of table and it’s easy to move the tables around for more seating. This store is fully stocked with supplies and it’s all in the right places. I like that the seating area is spacious and has a wide look out.
I also enjoy bringing my laptop here, because they have a lot of available outlets.
The staff is friendly and they always get my drink right. Sometime they take time to draw a picture on you cup. Some staff are super outgoing and sometime will take the time to chat with you.
I love sitting in there patio in the summer time. It’s a great spot under the shade where you can relax and enjoy a Refresher under a BIG umbrella.
The staff are very attentive and it doesn’t feel like I’m bothering them if I have a question. It’s just too bad that they don’t get paid more for such excellent customer service.
