EB Games is a store dedicated to Video Games, Video Game Consoles, and their accessories. They usually have a pretty good selection of games. They carry mostly newer game titles but you can manage to find older games for cheap. Need a headset for your game system? EB has them for good prices. They usually have consoles for sale in store however I still usually make sure to make a reservation for pick up which you can set up online or on the phone. I have not been disappointed by the staff or a game yet. They have a cash in system where you can cash in your old games and systems and receive store credits however EB games is often criticized for the amounts they offer. I don’t usually trade my games in but it is something to pay attention to if you want a discount on newer games. The downside of this store is the size. It is quite small and gets crowded easily. Because of the size the check out lines can be long and in the way if you are trying to get to the other side of the store. They usually have two people on the registers but sometimes complicated returns or check outs happen and take time. I have bought many games here and I’m sure I will continue to do so in the future.

The store is a little bit small, but has all you need — games, accessories, toys, and more. Prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable. Can’t complain!

I think this location must have found a new home in the mall since Michael M’s review as I found it to be really spacious and easy to move around in despite it being busy. The staff were really friendly and I was greeted and offered assistance right as I was walking in the door. The selection was great and I found the prices to be really reasonable. I think they are a popular spot for trade ins as I found multiple copies of numerous harder to find titles but I would be weary trading in my personal collection here as EB has a reputation for offering low trade in credit. If I want to buy something used I generally try and stick with smaller independent stores but the experience was so positive here that I must admit I could see myself spending a little cash at this location if I wanted something new or harder to find.

Somewhat narrow game selection at times, but all the big titles are there. Trade-in values are what you’d expect from a trade-in: terrible. However, staff is always friendly and eager to help, although that was helped for some time by the fact I was dating one of the employees. For what the store is, it’s decent, not bad, but not excellent.

Ah, EB Games. I swear I buy virtually all of my games through these branches or online. Which may cause the 3 star rating to raise a few eye brows. It’s certainly a good bet to find a new or popular game, and they have a range of cheap, older titles. Service is generally friendly, though knowledge on older titles is spotty. You can place pre-orders here, and bring in old games for credit. But be warned! If you bring in really old games, you’ll get virtually no credit for them. This location is usually busy, and rather small — it really doesn’t accommodate the sweaty crowds well. Costs are what you expect for a game store, but they aren’t low-price at all. All in all, it’s a solid option for video gamers. Typically they stock current and last generation titles. Game collectors are better served at the frighteningly expensive NexWave Games.
